Fruit for the Crowded House Pinot Noir is sourced from a number of small growers from both Nelson and Marlborough. A variety of clones, as well as some diverse micro-climates provide a great spectrum of flavours to craft an elegant, varietal and complex pinot noir.
Soft and elegant with fruit characters of dark cherries, plums and blueberries, the palate is followed by layers of complex spices; cinnamon sticks, allspice and star anise. It is fleshy and balanced by fine tannins, with a pleasant, lingering finish.
